I initially found this rangehood ok, but, cleaning the filters in the dishwasher has caused the silver coating to fall off the filters and after 4 1/2 years of normal domestic use, the equipment has stopped working completely. Repair costs would be in the order of $400, if parts were able to be sourced. I am not going to repair the item but will replace it with another brand. I am pretty disappointed as i have purchased other Delonghi items without any problems.

Review after 2yrs- Heat element died after 2yrs and 1mths! Takes 2hrs to dry a bath towel. I wouldn't recommend. Haier quoted $170 for just a call out.

Where can I find a good explanation of the dryer cycles, the owners manual doesn't really say much.. which cycles are low temperature, do the symbols depict this.. the old dryer I had , had a low heat option that was great for cotton to avoid it shrinking. Also which is light dry?

Honest review from someone who has been using one for 6 months now. I regret getting this oven. I've followed the instructions on operating the oven with all its settings and features, the controls are confusing, and many settings are unnecessary for most people. When you finally get it to do what its meant to do, it works great, sometimes too good. But good luck to people who aren't tech minded or those who just want an easy to use oven. Myself, my partner and friends who have tried to use it all came to the same conclusion. 'Its a pain in the arse to set up.'
